Why are you studying Japanese?

I'm studying Japanese, because when I get out of college. I hope to participate in the JET program. I think that living in any country for a few years is a great life expirience. I just picked Japan of all places because I like the culture, anime/manga is great, and the food is awesome XD. Although, I'm still debating on whether I want to do something in the field of art, or some kind of journalism job, or both. Though, I figure I have a lot of time to figure this out since I'm still in middle school, but it doesn't hurt to plan ahead I guess >u<</body>
