Because i'd like to challange myself.
And because i'm sick of englishmusic thats on norwegian radio, because when i listen to a song on a radio (btw 6 hours a day) and the damn radiochannel only has like 20-50 song they play over and over again (yes, where i live there's only 1 decent radiostation -,- ), i get sick of them, so i "challenge" myself to learn the lyrics so it doesnt become so boring
So it started....
So this one day, i was about to search the http:// for mp3's and for an spesific Bryan 'Adams song called "heat of the night"
After some minutes of searching, i found only a filename on some server, called, heatofthenight.mp3
After downloading that, i was like " LOL" what was that?
Sounds chinese or asian of some sort. I was thinking of just deleting the song, but some part of me was a little intrigued by it. So i kept it for some days, until; one day i thought: hmmmm, what if i listen to this artist like i do on norwegian radio, will i be able to remember the lyrics?
So i challanged myself to listen to it over and over again, until i learned the sounds of the words.
After some days, i knew most of the song, but only phonetic.
Then i became curious of who the singer was, and after googling the words, "japanese heat of the night" (was gambling it was japanese :P)
I found out it was Aikawa Nanase's song :)
And now... i'm a big fan of Aikawa strangley enough lol
and from there i got to knew other jap artists like GO!GO!7188 and The Blue Hearts and many more.
So now i've change my life from 6hours bad radiomusic to
6 hours with j-music :)
And then agian i thought: I'd really like to know what they're singing about. So i try to learn japanese now for fun
So thats why i "study" japanese =)
(long tekst is long ^^)
