Share 'Teaching English'

I'm trying to find a good program to apply for to teach English in Japan. Does anybody know of a good program. I may apply for JET next year (though the rep I talked to was extremely discouraging, talking about people leaving the interview crying) I also found one called AEON. It looks legit, but if somebody knows anything about it, that would make me feel better. Any information on AEON, JE...
