This is an HTML forum.

BBS forums have you type something like:
[font=arial][color=Green]This is green text[/color][/font]
BBS is usu. very limited.

HTML, you can do way more like:
<span style="text-decoration:blink"><font face="lucida console" color=ff00ff>Stuff</font></span>

Usu. when the forum is setup, it is either HTML or BBS. Not both.
I am sure there may be some hybrids out there.
