Suppose I'll fix up my own mistake. Title correction: 若しこの文書が読めれば入って下さい。
Note: when using "potential' form, the particle change to が or remain unchanged if に e.g. 馬に乗れば

1年生。卒業後JET(Japanese English Teachers)で日本に行って英語を教えたい。
ちょっと質問あるけど、
Do you know how to say something "sounds cute"
For example I want to say, "I like the word pika pika in Japanese because it sounds cute." in Japanese.
Do you have any idea?
Thanks.

JETを知ってる!Very competitive though. 頑張って!
Well "seems/looks like" is 見たい. So "sounds cute" might be "可愛い見たい". Although "looks cute" is 可愛そう。Maybe its 日本語のピカピカが可愛い見たいと思うから好きです. What did you have in mind? ごめん、良く分からないんです。
そして、私も問題がある。Do you know in what context to use connectors と、とか、or や?I heard that you use や when you're listing a non-exhaustive list, and と when the list is exhaustive. Not so sure about とか though. Im not quite sure. 聞いた事がある?

Yes indeed JET is very competitive. I went to an information seminar at my university today, it looks really fun . But yeah, the applying process is quite rigorous.
Yep you are right about the や being non-exhaustive and と for exhaustive. とか I think for similar things, so for example
文房具屋に鉛筆とかペンとかみがあります。
At the stationary shop there are pencils, pens, paper (and things of the sort)
とか is a bit tricky, I;m not even sure if what I said was right.

見たい means "want to see", although みたい has the meaning of "seems/looks like" (^_-).
and かわいそう actually means "poor" like in "poor you", and it can even mean "pathetic" is some situations too, so be careful. :)
I think 「かわいらしい」would be the word you're looking for

可愛そう means looks cute...kinda like 美味しそう...you drop the い and add そう to mean look "something"
可愛そう(な)as a な adjective means poor or pitiful (feel sorry for)...you hear the saying 可愛そうに alot
それはそうと思います。違いますか?
And isnt the kanji for みin みたい (looks like) 見?I just figured (guessed) it was the same. Not too sure about that
