I feel out of place correcting anything that you wrote because your Japanese is quite a bit above mine, but here goes...
the only thing I could see was, "リースさんどうと思う?"
I don't think you need the "と" in there, ”リースどう思う?” sounds more natural to me.
Yep you are right, な is more masculine and ね is more feminine. However, when you are using polite language it's alright for males to use ね I believe.
Feel free to correct my mistakes too, thanks.
1. Do you have an japanese keyboard? Or got an jap config from somewhere?
2. How long did it take you to be able to read japanese that well? And type it out, of course.

ScrewYouCookieさん、こんにちは!このforumへようこそ!Hi ScewYouCookie, welcome to the forum.
To answer your questions:
1) no “special” Japanese keyboard. The Japanese script (I think) is a function/option of Microsoft. The way I did it was much like Rhys: control panel --> date, time, language and regional option --> add other languages --> "tick" install files for East Asian languages --> "press" okay and then follow instructions. Hope you’ll be able to figure it out soon so you can join in our chats.
2) I don’t know if I can read and write Japanese "that well", but I started learning Japanese 2 years ago at a state-owned college (not private tutoring or private institution). It was part time, 4 hours a week, about 26 weeks per year for 2 years. Don’t be fooled by the fancy hiragana and kanji, I bet it’s RIDDLED with mistakes (I suck at grammar that’s why). I’m hoping someone would be able to pick me up on it.
Anyway, I think one of the best ways to learn is to share what you know, so if you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask here, or in another forum. I’m sure the members of Japancast would be glad to help (myself included), assuming me know the “correct” answer that is.
Thanks for the welcome and help. I got 2 more questions. People keep on talking about the podcast, but i can't find it. I can't buy any CDs for reasons, so it'll have to be free things.
Questions:
1. I've been hearing/seeing "nande" a lot, but can't seem to find out what it actually it means, i think it means something like "Whats going on"
